an essay on emptiness
I chased happiness. It's hard. The harder I tried the more emptiness I
found.
Exhausted one day, I sat down in the sand of time, with only a broken
happiness and an apparent emptiness left, like the pilot in a desert with his
broken plane and a mystic little prince.
The pilot befriended the little prince, likewise I befriended my
emptiness. I tried to observe it carefully with my utmost honest and open mind.
I've tried really hard for a while, and then,
surprisingly,
happiness started anew
happiness started anew
